A 51-year-old Toms River man is wanted on a murder charge after authorities say he shot and killed another man outside a Wawa. Douglas Cobb was charged with murder in the death of Bruce Gress, 42, a Toms River resident on Friday, Sept. 18, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said. Cobb was also charged with three weapons offenses, Billhimer said.
