Panasonic Corporation of North America issued the recall for about 11,480 Electric Toaster Ovens, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Thursday, July 16. Another 2,184 toaster ovens were sold in Canada. The power cord's insulation can be insufficient because a protective fiberglass sleeve doesn't adequately cover it.
