Michael “Mike” McGeehan, 44, a longtime Middlesex Township police officer and father of five, died following an altercation with 25-year-old Paden Edward Frey on July 11, according to the Lycoming Regional Police Department. Missing Maryland Dad, 24, Found Dead In Cleveland River After Trip To Steelers Game What started as a trip to Ohio for a Steelers game ended with a young Baltimore County father dead and his Maryland family grieving.  Officials confirmed late on Wednesday that the person who was pulled from the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland was 24-year-old Phoenix Phillips, who was reported missing on Friday, Oct. 2, after attending the Browns game downtown.
