2 PA Men Convicted In 'Assassination' Attempt On Man Hiding In Car
Two Pennsylvania men who drove to a man's home and opened fire as he sought shelter inside his car have been convicted in what prosecutors called an attempted assassination.
Sincere Brown-Trowery, 26, and Tyriq Parker, 26, both of Coatesville, were found guilty of attempted murder, conspiracy, and related charges following a four-day jury trial, the Chester County District Attorney's Office announced on Monday, Sept. 21.
The verdict came on Aug. 28 before Chester County Court of Common Pleas Judge Bret Binder.

A Pennsylvania man who repeatedly snuck into a 13-year-old girl's bedroom to sexually assault her and threatened to kill her family if she told anyone has been sentenced, prosecutors announced on Monday, Sept. 21.
Brett Michael Bair, 38, of Coal Township, Northumberland County, was sentenced in Lancaster County Court after pleading guilty on Sept. 8 to sexually abusing the girl for two years while living in her Lancaster Township home, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office.
The abuse happened between September 2021 and September 2023, prosecutors said.

Wet weather is being blamed for a Pennsylvania Turnpike crash that injured a woman and four children after their van hydroplaned, went down an embankment, and struck a tree, authorities said.
The crash happened on Interstate 476 North at mile marker 44.4 in Milford Township, Bucks County, shortly after 8 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 20, according to Pennsylvania State Police and responding firefighters.
